Rolling Etiquette
Describe intent in scene channel
Roll immediately if the move is obvious
Tag the roll clearly

7–9 Results
Keeper presents consequences in their next post
If a choice is required, player responds in scene or OOC

No Initiative
Combat runs in exchanges
Everyone posts once per exchange when possible
Exchange Flow

• Keeper describes the threat
• Players post actions
• Keeper resolves rolls, harm, and consequences in one summary post

Harm
Applied at the end of the exchange unless fiction demands immediacy

Keeper restates current Harm totals when relevant

Advancement, Luck, & Bookkeeping
XP Mark XP immediately when triggered
Level-ups handled between scenes or mysteries

Luck Declare clearly in your post
Keeper will narrate long-term consequences publicly or privately

Playbook Moves and Advancements
Paste new moves, gear, etc, into character channel when taken

Established before play
